- You can request for an exchange if the product is faulty/incorrect within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in perfect resalable condition, unworn and in its original packaging. Tags must be included and unbroken.
- Please fill out the 'Contact Us' form first before returning any orders to request for an exchange. We do not offer refunds unless there is critical problems in your order.

- All items are inspected thoroughly before a return is processed. Items found worn/washed/damaged and in an unsellable condition will be rejected and returned back to you.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
